Catering FAQs
How do I place a catering order?
You may easily place your order online using our convenient ordering system or you can call us during our hours of operation.
How much advance notice do you need for a catering order?
We prefer as much advance notice as possible, especially so we can plan ahead for all catering orders. However, we can accommodate most orders placed 12-24 hours before they are needed for delivery.
Can I come to the restaurant to pick up a catering order?
Absolutely; you can come and pick up your catering order at our restaurant on the day and time you specified you needed it by. Just let us know in our online form that you’ll be retrieving your order in person when you place your catering order.
Is there a special menu just for catered items?

How do items arrive packaged?
All orders arrive with napkins and cutlery. Plates and cups are available upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Generally, we require that you notify us at least 12 hours before the estimated delivery time if you need to cancel a catering order. The sooner you can call us to cancel an order that is no longer needed, the better.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Yes; please contact us as soon as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes; it is based on location. Please contact us for more information.
Is gratuity included with the cost?
We do not add gratuity onto the cost of the order, but you are more than welcome to give a tip when your order is delivered. It’s a personal preference that we leave up to our customers, but greatly appreciate.
